If you’ve been around a while, you know I talk about routines a lot.
Morning routines. Night routines. Why they matter. How they shape your results.
But let’s be real—if your routine is stressing you out… is it really healthy?
Here’s my take:
It’s not about waking up at 5am.
It’s not about never missing a day.
It’s not about cramming everything into your mornings like a robot.
For me?
It doesn’t matter if I do it at 8am or 8pm—as long as I get it done.
And if I miss a day? Life goes on. I don’t spiral.
That’s why I created the Routine Challenge.
We did one last summer, and y’all loved it.
But I heard you loud and clear—those random notifications? Not the vibe.
This time we’re keeping it soft, simple, and sustainable.
We officially start June 1st, and everything’s housed inside an app where you can:
→ Upload meal pics
→ Track your steps
→ Check in quietly, on your time
→ Build consistency without the chaos
