The last few weeks have been full of movement, teaching, and experimenting with new wellness routines. From teaching mat Pilates to planning upcoming events, it’s been one of those seasons where everything starts connecting.
Here are a few things happening lately in my little wellness world.
Pilates Notes
I recently had the opportunity to teach a mat Pilates class for Reverse Happy Hour.
Teaching a smaller mat class is very different from teaching reformer classes. When the room is smaller, everyone is looking directly at you the entire time which means you have to lead the energy in a slightly different way.
One thing it reminded me of is how important progressions and regressions are when teaching. I had modifications ready for almost everything, and they definitely came in handy.
It was such a fun class and a beautiful space to teach in.
And another exciting update 🤸🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️ your girl finally completed her Pilates training, covering mat, traditional reformer, contemporary reformer, and I received my certificate. It’s been such a great experience learning, practicing, and continuing to grow as an instructor.

Reverse Happy Hour
Life Lately
It was a pretty interesting week. I ended up doing a private lymphatic flow session followed by a hot girl walk down to Matcha Mia for matcha afterwards.
Honestly… movement, lymphatic flow, a walk, and matcha might be the perfect little wellness combo.

On Repeat
A few things that have been part of my routine lately:
• Pilates practice sessions
• lymphatic drainage routines
• long walks after movement
• matcha of course
• planning wellness events

Wellness Thought of the Week
Movement doesn't always have to be intense to be effective.
Sometimes the perfect wellness routine is simple:
movement, lymphatic flow, a walk outside, and something warm to drink afterwards.
A Reminder
Never lower your standards for the life you want.
You can be grateful for where you are and still have standards for where you're going.
Thank you for following along with my wellness journey. I always appreciate being able to share these little moments, routines, and experiences.
More soon.
XoXo, Stephanie
