This could have easily been me this past year.

Taking care of my mom, adjusting my routine, being tired and overwhelmed.

But I did not fall off.

And if I am being honest, most people would have.

That made something click for me.

Most people do not need more information. You need structure. You need consistency. You need someone actually guiding you and keeping you on track.

Right now it looks like this:

So I am opening Glow Lab.

This is a small, private group where I am helping you get your routine together for real.

For two weeks, I am telling you exactly what to do:

Workouts such as Pilates, walking, and structured movement.

Lymphatic habits.

Morning and nighttime routines.

Simple. Effective. No guessing.

Two check-ins so you do not fall off.
