Dialing In for the Last 90 Days: My ACR Plan to Finish 2023 Strong

It’s officially October, and you know what that means: there are just 90 days left until the new year. This is the time when most people start to slack off on their goals—but not us. We’re dialing the f*ck in. 💪🏾

If you’ve never heard of ACR, it stands for Accountability, Commitment, and Results. It’s a system I will be using to stay laser-focused on what truly matters, no matter what distractions come my way. This final stretch is all about making those last 90 days count, keeping our energy up, and staying in alignment with the goals we set for ourselves at the beginning of the year.

Why You Need an ACR for October–December

October kicks off the busiest time of the year. It’s spooky season, the holidays are right around the corner, and routines tend to get a little chaotic. But instead of letting these months be a blur, I’m using my ACR to stay consistent and level up. A huge part of that is staying consistent with self-care and wellness treatments that keep me feeling and looking my best.

Here’s why now is the perfect time to check in with yourself:

  • Momentum is everything. When you keep moving, you keep growing.

  • 2024 starts NOW. The habits we build now are what we carry into the new year.

  • Consistency is key. While others might lose focus, this is where we can really shine by staying the course.

My ACR Focus: What I’m Doing for the Last 90 Days

My plan is super clear and aligned with what I want to achieve. Here’s what I’m focusing on:

  • Pilates for deep core work

  • Balance exercises

  • Identity work – who I want to become

  • Improving my language – being intentional with my words

  • Increasing the number of classes I teach

  • Lymphatic drainage and recovery treatments

  • Improving posture

  • Increasing protein and only eating whole foods

  • Journaling twice a day
